How upgrading works
- Sign up for free and use SureDataPro normally — all features unlocked.
- When you reach 50 patients, you'll see an upgrade prompt at the top of your patient list (your data and access stay intact).
- Contact us by email or phone to confirm your plan and pay via UPI / bank transfer.
- We activate your Basic plan within 24 hours — the upgrade prompt disappears and you can keep adding patients without limit.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. No credit card. No time limit. The trial covers your first 50 new patients — after that you'll see a soft upgrade prompt, but you keep full access to your existing data.
What counts toward the 50-patient limit?
Every new patient your clinic adds — including patients you later delete. The cap is a lifetime count of patient records ever created.
What happens at patient #51 if I haven't upgraded?
Nothing breaks. You'll see a yellow upgrade banner on your patient list reminding you to subscribe — but you can keep using all features and adding more patients while you arrange payment.
How do I pay?
For now, we accept UPI and bank transfer. Contact us and we'll send payment details and activate your Basic plan within 24 hours.
Can I downgrade later?
Yes — when your subscription expires, you'll move back to free-tier access. Your data is never deleted; you just stop being able to add new patients beyond your existing record count.
