- Sign up for free and use SureDataPro normally — Free plan features are unlocked from day one with no time limit.
- When you want to add X-rays, reports or AI clinical tools, contact us to upgrade to Pro (₹500/mo).
- When you want the Android app and WhatsApp automation, upgrade to Premium (₹999/mo).
- Pay via UPI or bank transfer. We activate your plan within 24 hours.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. No credit card. No time limit. No patient cap. The Free plan covers patient records, work notes, payments, prescriptions and basic invoicing — enough to run a small clinic indefinitely. You only upgrade when you want X-rays, reports, AI tools or the mobile app.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro (₹500/mo) gives you the full clinical EHR — X-rays, every report, all 13 clinical decision tools, AI Endo Diagnosis, Cephalometric Analysis, Google Calendar sync and more. Premium (₹999/mo) includes everything in Pro plus the SureDataPro Android app, automatic WhatsApp Google Review requests, WhatsApp appointment reminders (coming soon) and priority support.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Your data is never deleted; you just lose access to the features in the higher plan if you downgrade.
Are existing clinics affected by this pricing?
No. All clinics that registered before 1 May 2026 continue to use SureDataPro Cloud as before, at no charge for any feature they currently rely on. The new Pro and Premium tiers apply only to clinics that sign up on or after 1 May 2026. Additional features released after this date may or may not be chargeable; we'll always notify you before a new feature requires payment.
How do I pay?
UPI or bank transfer. Contact us and we'll send payment details and activate your plan within 24 hours. Razorpay auto-billing is on the roadmap.
When will WhatsApp appointment reminders launch?
It's on the immediate roadmap — early customers on Premium will get it as soon as it ships at no extra cost. Today, Premium already includes the live WhatsApp Google Review request feature.
Is my data safe?
Cloud-hosted on a private VPS in encrypted PostgreSQL with daily backups. Each clinic's data is fully isolated — no cross-clinic queries are possible.
