How to delete your account

1. In the app: open SureDataPro: Dental EHR → tap the ⋮ menu at the top right of the Patients screen → Delete account → enter your admin password → Send confirmation email. We email a one-time link to your registered address; opening that link deletes the account.
2. On this page: sign in at www.suredatapro.com, come back here, and use the form below. Same one-time email link.
3. By email: write to suremedicomail@gmail.com from the email address registered on the account, with your clinic username. We confirm on that address and delete the account within 7 days.

An in-app tap never deletes anything by itself — a dental record is a whole practice's history, so deletion always needs the email confirmation. The link expires in 30 minutes and can only be used once.

What is deleted

Everything below is removed from our live systems the moment you open the confirmation link.

• Your login — username, password, email address, and the API token your phone holds.
• Your clinic profile — clinic name, doctor name, address, contact number, working hours, plan and admin password.
• Every patient record in the account, and with each one: visits and clinical notes, fees and payments, prescriptions, invoices, consent forms and the signature images.
• Every X-ray and intraoral photograph — the image files themselves, not just the database rows.
• Saved clinical reports and analyses — pain diagnosis, orthodontic evaluation, facial profile, nasolabial angle, cephalometric and EndoRisk.
• Your clinic's own lists — doctors, fee schedule, medicines, WhatsApp templates, consent templates, patient tags, expense categories and every expense row.
• The push-notification token of every phone signed in to the app, so notifications stop.

If a Google account was connected, the stored OAuth token is deleted with the clinic profile and we stop syncing. Appointments and contacts already written into your own Google Calendar and Google Contacts stay there — they are in your Google account, not ours. Remove them in Google, or disconnect at Settings → Google before deleting.

What is kept, and for how long

• A deletion record — your username, the clinic name, the date, and a count of the rows removed. No email address, no phone number, no patient data. We keep it so we can answer "did you actually delete it, and when".
• Server backups taken before the deletion, for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten. They exist only for disaster recovery and are never used to restore a deleted account.

Nothing else. There is no other copy of your clinic's data in the product, and none of it is or ever was sold or shared for advertising.

Delete some data without deleting your account

• One patient and everything in their file: website → open the patient → Delete (red) → enter the admin password. Removes their visits, X-rays, invoices, prescriptions and consent signatures.
• One X-ray or photo: website → patient file → the image → 🗑 Delete → admin password.
• One visit: website or app → patient file → the visit row → Delete.
• The phone's copy of your login: in the app, ⋮ → Sign out. This clears the stored token and the notification registration for that phone. No patient data is kept on the phone at any time.
• The Google connection: website → Settings → Google → Disconnect. The stored token is deleted and syncing stops.
• Anything else — email suremedicomail@gmail.com from the registered address saying what to remove. We action it within 7 days.
